1. Participants must be registered Star Shoppers.
2. Promotion period: From 3rd October to 30th November 2014.
3. The promotion is applicable to Chow Sang Sang stores in Hong Kong and Mainland China, Emphasis Jewellery stores in Macau.
4. To participate in the Starry 80th Anniversary Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”), participants must first purchase Diamond in Motion, Infini Love or YúYú (“designated jewellery”) at Chow Sang Sang or Emphasis Jewellery stores during the promotion period.
5. Each eligible transaction entitles a participant to 1 entry in the lucky draw. Participants can get 800 Star Dollars for every eligible transaction on designated jewellery as well as 1 lucky draw entry during checkout. In addition to 800 Star Dollars for each eligible transaction on designated jewellery, participants will have a chance to earn double, triple, five times, ten times or eighty times this Star Dollars amount (inclusive of the original 800 Star Dollars).
6. Star Dollars will be deposited into the participating Star Shopper’s account after the transaction(s) have been completed. If a customer subsequently requests a refund or exchange of the purchased item(s), the Star Dollars earned (including those earned at the lucky draw) from the purchase(s) will be deducted from the Star Shopper’s account.
7. By clicking on the “I agree to the Terms & Conditions and participate in the Lucky Draw” button, participants accept to abide by all relevant program and promotion Terms & Conditions.
8. Participants should abide by the Terms & Conditions set by Chow Sang Sang. Should there be any violation, Chow Sang Sang has the right to disqualify any participant and all prizes won will be forfeited.
9. Participants are responsible to ensure correct entry of their personal information and shall not submit false information or any third party’s information. Should any information supplied be deemed false, the participant will be disqualified and all prizes won will be forfeited.
10. Terms & Conditions apply when making redemptions with Star Dollars.
11. Chow Sang Sang Group reserves the right of final decision on any matter relating to the program and related activities.
